Custom Memorials

Please send no more than ½ teaspoon of ashes per piece. Extra ashes will not be used or stored.

Place ashes in a sealed plastic bag or small screw-top container.

Double-bag to prevent leakage during shipping.

Include your name, order number, and contact info inside the package.

Do not write “human remains” on the outside of the package to avoid delays.

We recommend using USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

You may also use Registered Mail for extra security.

Due to customs restrictions, we only accept ashes shipped from within the United States.

Use the mailing address provided in your order confirmation.

Double-check accuracy before sending.

All ashes are treated with the utmost care and respect.

Leftover ashes (if any) can be returned upon request.

Ashes received without an associated custom order will not be used or held.
